Why choose Jeuveau® over BOTOX®?
Jeuveau® was designed as a premium competitor to BOTOX® Cosmetic. The difference lies in the purification and drying process that each injectable goes through. The vacuum drying process of Jeuveau® has been shown to not damage the botulinum toxin protein. Therefore, it is theoretically possible that Jeuveau® may be more potent.
If you have already had BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport®, or Xeomin®, you can still get Jeuveau®. This injectable can offer similar results. Although, some patients have reported a slightly longer duration depending on their injectable history.
What can I expect during treatments?
The process is simple! During your visit, Dr. Quibell will first evaluate your skin. If this injection is best for you, she will proceed with the treatment. Injections can be done in about 15 minutes, and wrinkle relaxation is usually noticed in 24-48 hours.
What kind of results can I expect from Jeuveau®?
Full effects can be seen in 4-7 days and can last for an average of 3-4 months.
